Includes SKILL.md with OpenClaw metadata, bash scripts for torrent
client detection, CONTRIBUTING.md, CHANGELOG.md, CI/CD with GitHub
Actions (shellcheck + conventional commits), lefthook git hooks,
Makefile, and .editorconfig.
